Big 5 Criticism

The Big 5 is not even close to being empirical!? The words are pretty vacuous. People will find and defend to the death these traits. I think it is rather easy to develop an answer based on linguistics, and then compile the evidence to support that answer. After the answer has been "discovered" then go out and make some freaking money off of it. I find the whole Big 5 worthless. I cannot believe how swept up people get into it.
