I don't believe this is an accurate sample test, as it is far too simple. All those who have struggled with the rocket question (question 6 of section 1), i feel the answer of 30 engines is a determinable outcome giving in to some not so obvious assumptions, such as this engine with no weight and the overlooked continuous use of fuel. The wording of many of the questions is pretty open to interpretation and appear very ambiguous.
