Dear, these are too many questions in one message. Even the biggest names have not succeeded yet to explain each and everything about the role of emotional intelligence. However, I shall try to explain the route of success in career and life.
You need a positive mind to be successful in your career and life. You must keep in mind that every thought, every word and every action shall give a result, whatever that may be. Even failures and hardships are important to make a career successful.
You should set your goals. Then do every day whatever you can do in your given time to reach to that goal. It may take many months and even years but you shall succeed ultimately.
