How to Improve My IQ Score

For me, I strongly believe hardworking is more important than smart even the IQ Score. Although,I think like this, it is not necessary correct. Some situations already reflect IQ is very important too. Some people didn't study harder,but the mark which is scored by them is very distinctive. Hopefully,you can tell me how to improve my IQ score from 120 to 160 or above.
