This is 100% incorrect. Psychologist's study how all environmental factors influence all areas of development and functioning, INCLUDING intellectual functioning.

I am not sure what the author has against IQ testing, but the website seems a result of lack of correct and professional knowledge, training and experience. So I suggest that such articles be removed, or re-written by someone with the necessary knowledge, qualifications and experience that is required to interpret such testing.
