IQ Tests and Geniuses

My score rocked .. but my friend Sam here tends to think that IQ tests are useless and your IQ scores are not a true reflection of your genius. What is your opinion mates...

Editor Note: I am somewhat clear on the issue to the best of my knowledge. I think IQ tests can measure alertness of your mind at any given time. Your previous practice, your knowledge, your culture, your genes, your environment etc are a few factors that influence your IQ score. The IQ tests are not perfect tools but they are available instruments to measure your alertness of mind objectively, provided they are designed, administered and interpreted with qualified skills.

However, one important repetition, success in life does not depend merely upon IQ scores. Instead the pivotal elements in success like 'clarity of goal' and 'persistent effort' have nothing to do with IQ tests.
