Is it Fraud or Defamation?

I don’t think that any law of any land can prosecute me on the charges that you have leveled against my dear website. I neither prepare nor sell any psychological test from my website. It would be interesting for you to know that I don’t even join affiliate programs on this website. The people who have ever worked as affiliate can understand my point. I am getting more than 500,00 visitors every month and I am not funneling them through any affiliate program. To their calculation I may be wasting $500,00.00 every month?

However, I have reasons to believe that you can be prosecuted for defamation. I am a law graduate. I have been serving a government for last 16 years. During that time I have remained a Law Magistrate at least for ten years.

But I am not going to prosecute you my friend. I realize that you have raised the charges for some misconception. My website is www.personality-and-aptitude-career-test.com I provide simple information on every page of the website ‘FREE OF COST’. A growing website with more than 300 pages definitely needs some place to reside, some name to be identified and some tools to work with. Every thing involves money. So I apply a method to generate money not only to maintain this website but also to live a relaxed life with financial independence.

What am I doing?

I have made agreements with Google and Kontrea. Both offer advertisements which I place at different pages of my website. When a visitor finds a useful advertisement, she/he clicks to enjoy thrill of the free test taking fun. If they want to spend money, they don’t ask me for that. I don’t advice them to spend money without consulting their legal advisors.

But to keep things straight, I have written a page on privacy policy of my website (Please read that). I have written a note at the end of each page that you should not even follow any advice given on this website. And lastly, I have written many articles to prove that most of the free psychological tests are ploys to generate a customer. What does this all effort mean?

I care for my visitors….

As far as ‘data mining’ is concerned, it is another misconception. I publish an ‘irregular’ monthly ezine from this website. People join that regularly. However, I am unable to publish any newsletter for last many months. I am unable to utilize the ‘data already mined’. I don’t need your email address to sell to anybody else. I don’t sell email addresses of my subscribers and consider it the utmost dishonesty.
