Memory

I have a terrible memory but a medium IQ. Unfortunately, I have found memory is the most important factor in most jobs. Most employers already have an idea of what they want done and the only requirement is to memorize and repeat. That is the real skill needed in the world today. Adapting to fluid situations requires some IQ, but you can never go wrong if you memorize and follow corporate policy. Memory is by far the most important skill in today's economy working for a company.
