I have a 2yr college degree, and I was graduated with honors. I took this test for a dispatching position. I do not believe that you can measure intelligence within 12 minutes! My score was not high enough for the position; however, the IQ test that I took upon hire stated I was the 2nd most intelligent in the unit. That test was not timed, and I was not nervous. I knew I could actually "think" about the questions. Whatever happened to a company training you for a position and then judging your actual performance?
