Never Give Up

I barely graduated from High School. Everyone told me I was stupid but pretty so I should marry well. I had a fear of school, even nightmares, but a curiosity that wouldn't let go. When I was 32 I went to college just "to see what would happen" if I gave it my all. I started out a biology major then fell in love with English Lit. and ended up majoring in both. I thought I was being indecisive. Later I took a test, because I am dyslexic, and found out I am Left / Right brained - creative and logical.
A few months ago I got bored and took an IQ test and scored above 165. I wanted to cry. All my life I have been different than other people and at the age of 38 I never married. I have lived a very diversified life including everything from building world class race cars to consulting on over a billion dollars of Miami Beach real-estate, I have remained very much alone.
If you don't score high on these tests be grateful. There is nothing wrong with being normal. Too much of a good thing can be very lonely. Embrace who God made you and others to be - varying shades of beautiful.
