Question 6 - Correct but POORLY phrased

Someone said they might have missed something, and they did. You do not need to know there are 16 rockets in the first stage, you figure it out.

However, this question needs massive clarification. It should be stated that all rockets burn for exactly 15 minutes and no longer (burn rate cannot be adjusted). It's a very different problem if one assumes otherwise; for example, that a single rocket could carry a payload smaller than 10,000 lbs for longer than 15 minutes. It's easy to second guess the intent of such a question, despite the function of typical rocket, so this should be stated. There's a ton of other assumption and simplifications we won't even get into, but it could be useful to note that propulsion/acceleration should be the same stage-by-stage as well.
