In fact I go a step ahead and suggest my visitors to believe in their talents, desires and themselves instead of IQ test scores.
The idea you have point out is not of mine but of Mr. Lewis Terman who had invented the term IQ in 1916. It is statement of a professional psychologist. However, I have had clarified at the end of the same paragraph that these scales were refuted later on a number of issues.
Today, so many faults in the IQ scoring have been observed that no one should make a life long decision on the interpretation of one's IQ test scores. People having very low IQ can be successful in the world but people having high IQ test scores can badly fail in practical life. Success in life has very little to do with your intelligence.
