And what kind of grammar is "rate you so when can answer"? Did you omit a word?

It seems to me that a site that discusses levels of intelligence would employ an editor who would not let these errors escape.

These observations have been made by a 65 year old female with a master's degree in mathematics who judges herself to be of average intelligence.
