Improper Testing Method

It's human nature to choose which personality trait you want as your own by known selections, and rememeber, some personality types will be honest and others won't... Making the test "mixed, hidden" would be more proper and accurate. But keep in mind, If one is aware of the hidden agenda he/she can always control the outcome. Also in the old days when this technology was new, it was very effective to use, however with today's data bases on the internet, one could learn and tweak their outcome to work for them. I do, see it quiet unfair for those who didn't do their homework if they were taking these type of test for employment competition. I can always score what the employer is looking for, even though it may or may NOT be my true personality traits.
