Unfair IQ Tests to minorities

These type of timed IQ tests are not only unfair to minorities such as Hispanics, Asians, and Blacks, but also to some Whites who came from mainly rural areas with hillbilly accents. These tests are mainly used by white Americans to discriminate against blacks in a so-called legal way. This is one reason why affirmative action came about.

Are you on crack my friend, how can you say that IQ ratings are for Racial Discrimination, thinking about it how does it discriminate to be honest their are black people who are just as intelligent and besides I don't think Hillbilly accents affect your general IQ, did you get a low one or something and are trying to compensate or do you genuinely believe this?
