Unfair IQ Tests to minorities

These type of timed IQ tests are not only unfair to minorities such as Hispanics, Asians, and Blacks, but also to some Whites who came from mainly rural areas with hillbilly accents. These tests are mainly used by white Americans to discriminate against blacks in a so-called legal way. This is one reason why affirmative action came about.
