8 year old girl IQ 133

My 8 year old daughter was recently placed into our school's AG program. She was tested using the K-BIT 2. Her IQ score was 133. How is this IQ perceived by teachers around the US? How can I better help my child?
I would like to hear from others concerning this matter.
