A Little of This and a Little of That

by Bev

I turned out to be a spontaneous idealist and in many areas of my life this is true (especially the personal areas of my life). However I fight constantly with myself in the more formal/work environment. So of my "happy-go-lucky" traits are not well thought of - and others see me as frivolous and shallow, which is completely wrong.

I am happy and sometimes a bit silly but I am highly intelligent and think all of my decisions/actions/behaviour through before acting. However for my own well being the other thing I do before acting is to try and "happy and cheer up" the more mundane and (in my mind) the more soul destroying stuff that work makes us do! So I do have all the spontaneous/idealist stuff but I work very hard to bring in the opposite of this into my life to attempt to be a balanced individual.
