Some understandable points made. I hadn't considered the extent to which our comprehension of non-verbal problems and puzzles is influenced by and a consequence of our individual cultural backgrounds.

However, the grammar and spelling of this article was a little poor.

"...a number of researches which prove that culture fair IQ test is not fair for people from all cultures."

"83 of them scored almost same with the both scales but still"

I understood the meaning, it just makes one question the value of an author's opinion regarding a topic when their article is littered with mistakes.
