Employer Who Utilizes Wonderlic

Our firm utilizes Wonderlic to assess job applicants.

If any employer is considering purchasing the Wonderlic, beware ! The customer service is horrendous. You will be passed around from rep to rep without attaining answers.

Worse than that, though, is the arrogance on display from the reps in the company headquarters.

The site is very slow. You will spend more time than you could imagine waiting for the Wonderlic servers to locate, access & display the information in re: applicants. This is even with a huge pipe for data in our corporate offices. The problem is definitely with Wonderlic's software & servers.

The product frequently goes on the fritz. Meaning, you won't be able to access applicant information. You will be told that it takes sometimes a week for the Wonderlic programmers to effect repairs. This is where you get the arrogance: they will tell you that you just have to deal with the broken product.

Ask for a credit? You will literally get laughed at by huffy phone reps & executive personnel (attitude starts at the top). You will receive condescension & ultimately the Wonderlic personnel will tell you if you don't like it, you can leave the product. Of course, this is after you've spent hours of your time telling Wonderlic what the position is defined as; as well as thousands of dollars on personnel recruitment programs & advertisements.

Wonderlic: Not recommended. There are many products out there that leave this archaic, questionable product in the dustbin of irrelevant & harmful products.
