Arun invested 4500 rupees, Ram invested 90000 after 3 months, Raj invested 60000 after 6 months in the same business. They got 20000 rupees profit after 1 year. What would be Raj's share in it?

Length of the period = 1 years
Profit ratio = 4500x 12 : 90000 x 9 (since Ram joined after 3 months): 60000 x 6 (since Raj joined after 6 months)
= 5400 : 81000 : 36000
= 54 : 810 : 360
= 18 : 270 : 120
= 6 : 90 : 40
= 3 : 45 : 20

Arun share = 3/68 x 20000 = Rs 882.35

Ram share = 45/68 x 20000 = Rs 13235.29

Raj share = 20/68 x 20000 = Rs 5882.35
