Concerned with my IQ

I am a 14 year old female and I took an IQ test and my score was 186. Is this good for my age or should I be worried? I just want to know what my age and score would categorize me as.

You should be worried, very worried as you will have trouble getting through life and may well need a lot of help from others to complete the simplest of tasks. Sorry to hear about your situation, you might need help from someone to read this as you seem quiet slow in taking things up and understanding them.🤓

The test you took was probably inaccurate because I once took an I.Q. test and it said my I.Q. was 198, but that is clearly not true. The ones on the internet are mostly wrong like 99% of them are. Unless you started speaking 5 languages at the age of 3 or something, that's probably not your I.Q.
